Prices and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Stripe, as merchant of record, calculates and collects any applicable sales tax or VAT and may display the price in your local currency.
Payment
Payment is made through Stripe Checkout. Stripe acts as merchant of record through Stripe Managed Payments.
Delivery
Immediate access by a private download link sent by email, valid 30 days and for 5 downloads. Files are personalized with the buyer's email and order number.
Right of withdrawal
For buyers who have a right of withdrawal (for example in the EU): by checking the consent box, the buyer requests immediate access and acknowledges losing the right of withdrawal once the download is available.
Defective files
We fix or replace a defective file, or refund you if we cannot.
License
Each purchase grants a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for one household's own insurance claims and records. You may edit, print and send the documents you create to your insurer, adjuster, lender, landlord or advisers. You may not resell, share, publish, upload to file-sharing or template sites, or distribute the files or modified versions of them, or use them to provide services to others (for example as part of a claims service). Files are marked with your email and order number.
Liability
The files are organization tools. The buyer remains responsible for the information entered, for checking their policy and the applicable rules, and for every document they send. We are not liable for claim decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law
