What do I get when I buy a kit?
A personalized ZIP with a user guide (Word), spreadsheets (Excel) and letter templates (Word), listed on each product page with exact file names.
Do the files work without Microsoft Office?
Yes: Google Docs and Sheets, LibreOffice and Apple Pages and Numbers (some drop-down lists may not carry over in Numbers).
Are prices, depreciation rates or deadlines filled in?
No. Inventories list common items without prices; you enter today's replacement cost, and the depreciation rates and deadlines your policy or insurer gives you. Formulas then calculate.
Will this get my claim paid faster or for more money?
We cannot promise any outcome. The kits help you keep your claim organized and your requests in writing; your policy and your insurer decide what is paid.
Are you a public adjuster or a lawyer?
No. We sell self-help templates. We do not represent you, contact your insurer or negotiate. For advice, contact your state or provincial insurance regulator, a licensed public adjuster or an attorney.
Is there free help available?
Yes. United Policyholders (uphelp.org), a non-profit, publishes free guidance and sample letters, and your state insurance department or provincial regulator offers consumer help.
How do I download my files?
After payment you receive an email with a private download link (valid 30 days, 5 downloads). The link opens a page where your personalized ZIP is prepared.
Can I share the files with a friend or neighbor?
The license is personal: one household, one claim. Each file is marked with your email and order number. Please send others to the store.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered immediately, you waive the withdrawal right at checkout. If a file is defective or does not open, contact us and we will fix it or refund you (see Refund Policy).
Which currency will I pay in?
Prices are in US dollars. At checkout, Stripe may show the price in your local currency.
Do you have kits for Canada?
Yes: fire total loss, wildfire total loss, water and sewer backup, tenant total loss.
Is my data safe?
Your spreadsheets stay on your device. We store only your email, order and download log (see Privacy Policy).
