Data we collect

Email and order details (from Stripe), consent record (timestamp, hashed IP, user agent), download log (timestamp, hashed IP, user agent), contact form messages and technical logs. We do not collect or store the content of your spreadsheets or letters: they stay on your device.

Purposes and legal bases

Performing the contract (delivery, support), legal obligations (accounting, consent proof) and legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security).

Processors

Stripe (payments and taxes, merchant of record), Lovable Cloud and its hosting (database and file storage), and our email provider.

Retention

Orders and invoices as required by accounting law (up to 10 years in France); download logs and consents 3 years; contact messages 3 years; personalized ZIP files deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to the CNIL (France) or your local authority. US state privacy rights apply where relevant.

Only strictly necessary cookies. No advertising or analytics trackers, so no cookie banner is needed.

International transfers

Providers may process data outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
